The new Millenium range has been enhanced with accessories and extensions to make it easier to communicate with the outside world. The Millenium Display is a remote device that communicates on a MODBUS, RS-485 serial network. It operates as a master device that monitors slave devices like a Millenium 3 XD10 24VDC controller with an XN03 MODBUS communications module. Multiple slave devices can be connected on the same network. Numerical values, such as time or temperature setpoints, can be adjusted from the display. The 3-color version can signal alarms with a flashing red background.
These are rugged industrial displays that can be used in UL, Class 1, Div. 2 applications. Front panel protection is NEMA 4, 4X or IP65.
The Display is available in 3-color (green, amber, red) or green monochrome versions. It is provided in a kit that includes an RS-485 serial communications cable, the Millenium 3 XN03 MODBUS communications module and quick reference guide. Software CD-ROM and RS-232 programming cable are sold separately.
