Fits many types of probes while minimizing immersion errors.
The 9190-INSA is designed for use the the 9190A Ultra-Cool Field Metrology Well. This insert is drilled with six holes in a variety of imperial unit diameters: 1x 3/8 in, 3x 1/4 in, 1x 3/16 in, and 1x 1/8 in.
Inserts are required accessories for dry-block calibrators. Inserts are placed into the dry-block calibrator and probes are placed in the inserts. Holes drilled in the inserts need to match the dimensions of the probes to provide the required thermal conact during calibration.
