Fits many types of probes with metric dimensions while minimizing immersion errors.
The 9190-INSE is designed for use the the 9190A Ultra-Cool Field Metrology Well. This insert is drilled with six holes in a variety of metric unit diameters and one 1/4 inch hole: 1x 10 mm, 1 x 8 mm, 1x 6 mm, and 1x 4 mm, 1 x 3 mm, 1x 1/4 in.
Inserts are required accessories for dry-block calibrators. Inserts are placed into the dry-block calibrator and probes are placed in the inserts. Holes drilled in the inserts need to match the dimensions of the probes to provide the required thermal conact during calibration.
