PanelPilotACE is a software and hardware platform that makes development of industrial user interfaces a simple matter of dragging and dropping elements on a screen.
The design software provides building blocks for users to quickly add elements to their project. From background images to text elements, analog style meters, touch screen navigation elements and even complex logic statements, users can build up multi-screen interfaces without writing a line of code.
The SGD 43-A is the first PanelPilotACE compatible display. It features a 4.3" capacitive touch screen powered by a Freescale ARM 9 processor running Linux. The display is powered by a 5 V to 30 VDC supply
and offers a wealth of connections.
The development kit, SGD 43-A-DK+, is the best choice for users looking to get started with developing projects on the SGD 43-A. It includes an SGD 43-A, a development board, and a USB cable. The board itself provides switches, dials, LEDs and screw terminal connections for all the input and output functionality of the SGD 43-A as well as providing a prototyping area. This allows users to quickly build and test projects prior to commissioning in their application.
