4 Digit Alphanumeric Display, OSRAM SCDQ5543Q, SCDQ5542P
Four-digit, dot-addressable 5x5 dot matrix, serial input, alphanumeric devices. The four digits are packaged in a rugged, high quality, optically transparent plastic package with several mounting options: SIP Pin for standard display mounting and connector/header configuration for display side mounting. The on-board 100bit CMOS RAM has one bit associated with each LED, allowing user-defined characters.
