RS Jayflow65 JBM Medium Efficiency Rated Glass Bag Filters
The RS Jayflow65 JBM range of medium efficiency bag filters are used widely in government buildings, hospitals and other sensitive areas. This grade of filter is effective against dust and soots and is suitable for air conditioning in laboratories, offices, theatres and computer rooms.
RS Jayflow65 bag filters are manufactured by mounting the microfine glass Fiber media pockets into a galvanised steel header frame. Each pocket rim is fixed to a rigid steel collar and these frames are joined together before fixing into the outside header frame.
The glass Fiber pockets are stitched to allow them to open fully just far enough to prevent them from touching each adjacent pocket thereby allowing for maximum airflow. The conical shape of the pocket allows for a maximum of 12 pockets to be fitted across a width of 600mm nominal.
A side gasket is applied to each filter as standard, however, gasket material suitable for the front or rear face of the frame for front or rear mouthing frames is not supplied, therefore please see RS 619-1720 for a roll of 100mm x 4mm open cell single side adhesive EPDM tape.
