With metal cases for optimum connection to earth and good high frequency performance and space available for up to three circuit stages for attenuation of noise, users can usually find an option with the performance to provide an off the shelf solution for even the most difficult of EMC problems (to retrofit an EMC solution to an existing design for instance).
