SMC VFS3000 Series
The VFS3000 series consist of 5 port pilot solenoid valves. These valves come with metal seals and base mounted or body ported type manifolds. They are available in various port sizes ranging from 1/8 to 3/4 with Rc(PT), NPTF and G(PF) thread types. Body ported manifolds are available with bar or separate type manifold bases. Plug in type throttle valve spacer for the VFS3000 series solenoid valve which can control cylinder speed by throttling exhaust. Blanking plate used on manifold blocks being prepared for removing a valve for maintenance or spare valve mounting is also available.
