Non-Contact Safety Interlock Switches Preventa XCS-DM Non-Contact Safety Interlock Switches are coded magnetic switches designed for applications where no contact between the switch and actuating key is desired and to ensure that gates, guards or doors are closed before a machine or process is allowed to begin operation. Suitable for all safety circuits, these tamper-resistant non-contact safety interlocks tolerate door or guard misalignment and place no inherent operating forces on gates or doors, while featuring multiple mounting options for maximum fl exibility. Small and sealed, these devices are ideal for confi ned spaces or washdown applications.

Multiple approach directions of the actuating key provides greater flexibility for mounting switches, making potentially difficult solutions much simpler to solve
