RS Lockout Tag - Do not switch on...maintenance
This lockout tag from RS is ideal for safely and professionally marking up equipment or machinery that is undergoing maintenance.
One side of the tag features the ‘No entry’ symbol for immediate visual impact, then a large warning message ‘Do not switch on, under maintenance’. The flip side of the tag mirrors the first side, but additionally allows space for ‘Remarks’, ‘Signed by’ and ‘Date’.
The tag is printed red on a white background for maximum visual impact to help error-proof operations. Produced from hard PVC and featuring a nylon tie, this tag is durable and hardwearing.
